Breathwork, Somatic & Mind/Body Work

Body-based support for stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and reconnection.

Sometimes the body knows what the mind has not yet found words for.

Breathwork, somatic practices, and mind/body work at Insula Somatics offer a grounded way to slow down, notice what you are carrying, and reconnect with your body in a compassionate and supportive way.

This work may support people navigating stress, burnout, grief, chronic pain, emotional overwhelm, parenting, caretaking, identity shifts, or life transitions. Through guided breathwork, somatic awareness, nervous system education, and body-based practices, Dr. Amy helps clients begin to listen inward with greater curiosity, safety, and self-trust.

You do not need previous experience with breathwork or somatic work. Dr. Amy will meet you where you are and guide the process in a way that feels grounded, safe, and accessible.

This work is designed to help you reconnect with your body, better understand your nervous system, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Begin With a Consultation

You do not have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. You may simply know that your body, mind, or nervous system is asking for something different.

A consultation with Dr. Amy is a place to ask questions, share what you are experiencing, and explore whether breathwork, somatic practices, or mind/body support may be the right next step.
