Group Sessions
Group therapeutic coaching offers a supportive space to learn, reflect, and grow alongside others with shared experiences. Available in-person or virtually, group sessions may focus on nervous system education, somatic practices, emotional resilience, burnout recovery, grief support, and guided personal growth in a community-centered setting.
